Capture incorporates the latest technology, providing complete video surveillance to meet the demands of commercial, institutional, residential and transportation applications.

Capture offers a full line of CCTV technology. DVRs are available with both embedded and PC platforms. Cameras encompass technologies that include: Day/Night, high-resolution, WDR, UTP, with vandal resistant and IP66 weather rated options. Our intelligent cameras span Fastrax and Minitrax PTZ solutions. We also offer an LCD monitor in a rugged plastic design. 

WARRANTY

Capture warrants, for the period and subject to the conditions noted below, to the Original Purchaser, that the Company's hardware is free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use and service. This warranty commences on the date of delivery from an authorized reseller of the hardware to the Original Purchaser. Capture will at its sole option, repair or exchange this product with a new or comparable refurbished product, free of charge as follows:

Three Years Parts/ Three Years Labor*
Fixed cameras, Speed Dome Cameras, IP cameras & technology, Color CRT & LCD Monitors, Video Switchers, Video Multiplexers, MegaPixel Cameras & Digital Video Recorders

*Exceptions
One year warranty is provided on CRT & LCD monitors.

Two year warranty is provided on the following suite of products; DRSTP, DR460VF, BLIR10F, BLIR30VF, VD420VF, VDIR30VFS, LPL17W01, CR4VEHD, CR8VDEHD, CR16VDEHD.

Replacement domes are not covered. For warranty coverage to be applicable on DVR & Hybrid technologies; these products must be installed in a climate controlled environment, free of dust or debris. The warranty is only applicable on products that are purchased through an authorized Capture reseller. Please see “Contact” section for complete list.

*Digital Video Recorders
Capture does not provide data recovery services and neither the cost of recovering data from the hard disk drives, nor the value of any data which cannot be recovered, is covered under warranty.

Out of Warranty Repair
Capture offers a 90 day limited warranty* on parts replaced out of the (3) three year warranty.

*Exceptions
Capture will extend a (3) three year warranty on hard drives replaced out of warranty.

Service
Carry-in or mail-in service in the USA and Canada can be obtained during the warranty period by bringing or shipping your product to any Capture CCTV Authorized Service Center or Distributor Please see “Contact” section for complete list.

Please call tech support to determine if a product is defective. If a warranty repair is required, the customer must contact their Capture Authorized Service Center or Distributor in order to process a repair and provide the following information:

1.       Model and serial number

2.       Date of delivery, sales order/invoice number

3.       Details of the defect or problem

If there is a dispute regarding the warranty of a product which does not fall under the warranty conditions stated above, please include a written explanation with the product when returned.

Method of return shipment shall be the same or equal to the method by which the item was received by Capture.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. If you ship the product, carefully pack it and send it prepaid, adequately insured and preferably in its original carton. Attach a postage paid letter, detailing your complaint, to the outside of the carton.

This warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by Capture or failures which result from alteration, unusual physical, electrical or mechanical stress, failure of electric power, air conditioning, humidity control, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, faulty installation, operation with media not approved by the Capture, maladjustment of user controls, improper maintenance, modification or service by anyone other than an Authorized Capture Service center, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.

Capture reserves the right to bill labor for products where there is no fault found.
